As the prayer to God helps one to gather courage which provides stamina and inner strength to overcome obstacle so is the case with Sri Sundar kand, it is a prayer in itself,

Those who take refuge in this divine chapter, attain the solution by and large within self to counter the hardship of life,

Those who reverently listen to the recitation of Sundar kand and participate in glory of Sundar kand by adoring truth their in attentively attain the meaning of being human to cross over the ocean of transmigration,

Bali

सुन्दरकाण्ड, 

Jai Sri Ram,

Sri Hanuman ji trying to elaborate the truth unto the might of Ravana in his assembly that how he meets the fate when encounter Bali,

Once upon a time when Bali was performing his prayer, Ravana sought to capture him by stealing behind but,

Bali caught hold him in his arm pit till he perform his prayer and Ravana remains in that position for six months totally helpless, then Brahma himself came to his rescue and secured release,

Similarly he face tough time while interface sahastrabahu, and sri hanuman ji is trying his level best to convince the truth unto his ego which is going to crush in the lotus feet of sri Rama,

Sundar kand is a subject of faith that add to truth of the self,

Sundar kand is glory of truth which truly helps spirit to recover from the deluded drives of Maya,

Sri Hanuman ji is more than a one man comprehensive army to safe guard and protect one midst of all odds is truth that highlighted in Sri Sundar kand simply.

Sri Hanuman ji alone lead self from the forefront and gave a taste of bitter defeat to legendary inmates of lanka except the saintly souls,

Sri Hanuman creates the fear among the fearless warriors of Lanka and gave a clear cut warning unto dare consequences if any one tries even to Harm Mother Sita,

Ravana never visited visit Sri Sita after Sri Hanuman put a line on the might of warriors of lanka,

Sita, manifestation of Maya in the human form to serve the lotus feet of her master known in the name of Lord Rama,

Ravana was not just King of a state, indeed he was ruler of external world but never make it to rule the inner world,

Indeed he was devotee of Lord Shiva and was blessed beyond measure yet the unrest of his ether cord makes him suffer on the cord of lust and greed,

Sri Rama was not just a king of the state but ruler of the truth at its best on the sphere of this universe and he shapes it to the tune of austerity and penance which makes him lord,

Indeed he was true devotee of Lord Shiva and blessed too yet adores humbleness and submission in the service on the cord of devotion that makes him Lord, and sundar kand has highlighted the subject in true spirit at its right pace and optimize pitch,
