My folly

Jai sri Ram,
Whom do you worship and what do you seek,

Why not confide to us the real secret,

I feel very shy in making my submission,

You will be amused to see my folly.

It is Sri Dev Prabodhini Ekadasi today, sri Sri Tulsi Vivah, time to fill the heart with love and compassion to mark the day with divine spirit,

Indeed a day to recall the pastime of Devi Tulsi and Sri Hari Vishnu, to perceive the healing radiance  from,

Indeed a day to restore the broken link in between self and the divinity which covers the truth of relationship in true spirit,

Indeed a day to sing the praise in glory of truth and the cause, tender mercy and practice charity with respective oblations along with divine celebration,

rigorous penance

Then directing her father, Himalaya, to her,

Send her back to her home, and dispel her doubts,

There the seers saw the Gauri as if she were penance itself personified,

The sages said, hear, O daughter of Himalaya, why are you practising such a rigorous penance,

Sankara cherished the impression of the vision in his heart,

That very moment the seven sages called on Shiva,

The Lord spoke to them in most charming accents,

Going to Parvati, you put her love to the test,

The Lord Said, your vow has been kept,

Sri Gopa Ashtami today, a day to realize the truth of service rendered by celestial entity The Cow,

Man can only repay a part of the debt owe to Mother Cow through dedicated but disinterested service,

This offered service not only purifies the self but enlighten the truth one belongs to,

Pure service is its own reward, neither investment nor barter and man needs to realize it before it is too Late,
