king of Ayodhya

 Jai Sri Ram,

I adore the king of Ayodhya, 

Who cherished such true love for the feet of Sri Rama,

That he gave up his dear life as a mere straw the moment the lord,

Who is compassionate to the poor, parted from him,

May Lord bless all,

Thanks, please 

Be gracious to me

 Jai Sri Ram,

Knowing me to be a servant of your son, 

Be gracious to me, 

The father, mothers of Sri Rama are the very perfection of glory, 

By creating whom even Brahma has exalted himself,

May Lord bless all,

Eastern horizon

 Jai Sri Ram,

She is the eastern horizon whence arose the lovely moon in the shape of the Lord of Raghus,

Who affords delight to the entire universe and is blighting as a frost to lotuses in the form of the wicked,

Recognizing king Dasaratha together with all his consorts as incarnations of merit and fair blessings,

I make obeisance to them in thought, word, and deed,

May Lord bless all,

the calumniators

 Jai Sri Ram,

Even though they were damned as a result of the heap of sins incurred by the calumniators of Sita,

Who ware instrumental in bringing about her lifelong exile,

They were lodged in a heavenly  abode, having been divested of sorrow,

I greet Kaushalya whose glory stands diffused throughout the world,

 Jai Sri Ram,

I reverence the exceedingly holy city of Ayodhya,

The Birth Place of Sri Rama, and the Saryu flowing beside it,

Which wipes out the sins of the Kali age,

Again I bow to the men and women of the city, who enjoy the affection of the Lord in no small degree,

Sri Ekadasi today, a day in cult with self, a day with tremendous influence on the life which may tilt it either way,

Celestial culture may help man to update self in truth with a designated cause that causes eternal,

And Sri Ekadasi puja may help suitable to reach at, humble offering in truth with submission may help devotees,

Sri Vishnu Pada Puja is the prime chapter to make it for self in truth with adoration of the day through respective discipline in the light of self-restraint,
