Sri Ram

Jai Sri Ram,
Lord Shiva said to Devi Sati that Sri Rama is the same one whose story was sung by Sage August, faith in whom was the subject of the talk i gave to him and whom illuminated sages ever wait upon,

Sri Rama is one who has bodied himself forth as jewel of Raghu's race for the sake of his devotees,

He is none other than supreme eternal, who is all pervading and ever free, who is ruler of the worlds and the Maya,

He is the same whose glory is sung by the Vedas as well as the Puranas and other scriptures in negative terms as not this, not this,

My beloved deity

Jai Sri Ram,
Doubts looms large in mind of Devi Sati, her mind was filled with an interminable series of doubts,

Her Heart was could not be pacified by any means,

Though she did not open her lips yet Lord Shiva who is inner ruler of all, come to known everything unto subject,

Lord Said to Devi Sati with due respect and love that the women is foremost in you; you should never harbour such a doubt in your mind, he is no other than Rama, the hero of Raghu's race, My beloved deity,

doubts unto the truth

Jai Sri Ram,
Devi sati yet on her doubts unto the truth of prince Rama,

The supreme eternal, which is all pervading, unbegotton without parts, free from desire, beyond Maya and beyond all distinctions and which not even vedas can comprehended,

Can it assume the shape of a man,

Even Vishnu takes a human form for the sake of gods, is omniscient like slayer of Tripura, Shiva can he wander in search of his consort like an ignorant man, he who is repository of knowledge, Lord of the goddess of Wealth and prosperity and slayer of demons, the words of shambhu cannot be false,

redeemer of the universe,

Jai sri Ram,
The destroyer of cupid, Lord Shiva, passed on exclaiming_Glory to the redeemer of the universe, who is all truth, consciousness and bliss,

As Shiva went on his way with Devi Sati, all merciful lord was repeatedly filled with joy,

When Devi Beheld lord Shiva in this state, a grave doubt arose in her mind that Lord Shiva is the Lord of this universe himself and deserves universal adoration,

Gods men and sages all bow their head to him, yet he has obeisance to this prince, referring him to be the supreme being who is all truth conscious and bliss,

inappropriate occasion

Jai sri Ram,
Exceedingly mysterious are the ways of Lord Rama; the supremely wise alone can comprehend them,

The dull-witted in their height of folly imagine something else,

On the very occasion Lord Shiva saw Sri Rama and excessive joy of an extraordinary type welled up in his heart,

He feasted his eyes on that ocean of beauty; but did not disclose his identity as he knew it was inappropriate occasion for the same,

lost in reverie

Jai Sri Ram,
The Lord was thus lost in reverie, meanwhile the Ravana took him the demon Marica, who forthwith assumed the illusory form of  a deer,

The Ravana carried off Daughter of Great king Janaka, Sri Sita, by fraud, the Lord's real might was not not to him,

Having killed the antelope Sri Rama returned with his Brother Laxman and saw the hermitage was without sri Sita,

Eyes of Lord filled with tears when he saw Sri Sita missing, lord felt distressed at the loss like a  mortal man and Two brothers roamed about in the woods in search of Sri Sita, he who knows neither union nor separation showed unmistakable signs of grief born of separation,

Shiva pondered

Jai Sri Ram,
Lord Shiva, in his mind apprehended lest the secret might be disclosed while the temptation of obtaining a sight of the lord made his eyes wistful,

The king of demons, Ravana had sought from Brahma the boon of death at hands of human foe and the lord would have the words of Brahma come true,

If it do not go to meet him, i shall ever regret it,

Shiva pondered, but found no solution to the puzzle,

in shiva's heart

Jai Sri Ram,
During those days, with a view to relieving the burden of the earth, sri Hari vishnu had descended in the line of King Raghu,

Renouncing his right to the throne at the word of his father, the immortal lord was wandering in the Dandaka Van in the grab of an ascetic,

Lord Shiva kept pondering as he went, how i obtain a sight of him,

The lord has bodied himself forth secretly and if i visit him, everyone will know who he is, in shiva's heart there was great tumult, Sati had no inking of this secret,
