Jai Sri Ram,
The sky resounded with the beat of kettledrums-Nagas, Sages and gods offered praises and tendered their services in manifold ways---having offered thus praised the gods returned to their several abodes, when the Lord, the abode of the universe and the solace of all creation-MANIFEST HIMSELF,

The Gracious lord, who is compassionate to the lowly and the benefactor of kaushalya-APPEARED, the thought of marvellous form, which stole the heart of sages, filled the mother with joy, his was beautiful as that of clouds and the delight of all eyes, in his four arms he bore his characteristic emblems a conch-a discus-a club and a lotus adorned with jewels and garland of sylvan flowers and endowed with large eyes,

Joining both her palms the mother said, O infinite lord, how can i praise you, the Vedas declare you as transcending Maya beyond attributes, above knowledge and beyond measure-lover of devotees revealed himself for good, the Vedas proclaimed that every pore of your body contains multitudes of universes through forth by Maya--such a Lord stayed in my womb-when revelation come on mother Lord Smile-he extorted her by telling her the charming accounts of her precious birth so that she might love him as her own child, the mother mind was changed and she spoke---give Up this super human form and indulge in childish sports, hearing these words all wise Lord of immortals become infant and began to cry_____-

For the sake of Brahmanas, Cows and gods and saints, the lord, who transcend Maya and is beyond the three modes of Prakrati as well as beyond the reach of senses took birth as a man assuming   a form which is product of his own will,

All queens were glad

Jai sri Ram,
All queens were glad and felt happy all the way, from the time Sri Hari found his way into womb joy and prosperity reigned in all the worlds,

In the palace Shone the queens, who were all mines of beauty, virtue and glory,  Some time was thus happily spent, till the time arrived for the LORD TO BE REVEALED,

The position of the Sun and the Moon, the zodiac sign into which the sun entered, the position of the seven other planets, the day and the week as well as the day of lunar month, all these turned out to be propitious, and full of delight was all creation, animate and inanimate; for the birth of Sri Rama is source of joy,

It was the day of the bright half of the sacred month of chaitra, THE MOON ENTERED THE ASTERISM NAMED ABHIJIT___WHICH IS SO DEAR TO LORD SRI HARI VISHNU-the sun was at its meridian, the day was neither cold nor hot, it was holy time which gave rest to the world, a cool soft and fragrant breeze was blowing, the gods were feeling exhilarated and saints were bubbling with enthusiasm, the world were full of blossoms, the mountains were resplendent with gems and every river flowed a stream of nectar_WHEN BRAHMA PERCEIVED THAT THE TIME OF SRI RAMA'S  BIRTH HAD APPROACHED ALL GODS COME OUT WITH THEIR ARIAL CA FULLY EQUIPPED  the bright heaven was crowded with their hosts and troops of Ghandharvas chanted praises and rained flowers placing them in their beautiful palms,

all queens become pregnant,

The fire god then disappeared after telling the whole assembly of what to be done,

The king was transported with ecstasy and could not contain himself for joy,

The king at once sent for his beloved consorts, when kaushalya and other queens arrived there, he gave one half of the offering to Kaushalya and divided the other half into two, one of which he gave to Kaikai and remain was again divided into tow parts which he placed in the hands of kaushalya and kaikai after thus obtaining the approval handed both shares to Sumitra,

In this way all queens become pregnant, they were all glad of heart and felt very happy,

sage devoutly offered oblations into the scared fire

Jai Sri Ram,
Then Sage Vashista summoned Sage Srngi and had a noble sacrifice performed by him for the birth of a son to the king,

 When the sage devoutly offered oblations into the scared fire, the fire god appeared with an offering of rice with milk in his hand,

Said the fire god---whatever Vashista has contemplated for you that object is fully accomplished,

Take this oblation, O king, and divide it in such proportions as you think fit,

you will have four sons, who will be known throughout the three worlds

Kaushalya and his other beloved consorts were all     of holy life; humble and devoted to their Lord,

They had strong attachment to the lotus feet of Lord Vishnu,

One day the king was sad at heart that he had no SON-he hastened to his preceptor's residence and falling at his feet, made many entities,

He told the guru all his joy and sorrows-the sage Vasistha comforted him in many ways and said take heat and wait--you will have four sons, who will be known throughout the three worlds and will rid the devotees of their fears,

City of Ayodhya

Jai sri Ram,
Swarming on mountains and the woods wherever they liked and divided themselves into gallant troops of their own,

In the City of Ayodhya that ruled by king Dasaratha, who was jewel in the Raghu's race,

He was champion of virtues, repository of good qualities and man of wisdom,

He was a sincere devotee of Lord Vishnu and his mind was set on him,

the advent of Sri Hari,

Jai sri Ram,
Then Brahma proceeded to his realm after thus instructing the gods, assuming the form of monkeys you go to the earth and adore the feet of Sri Hari,

All the gods went to their several abodes along-with Earth; they all felt relieved in their heart, and gods were delighted to receive the orders that Brahma gave and lost no time in carrying them out,

They took the forms of monkeys on the Earth, their might and glory were incomparable,

they were all brave and had mountains, trees and nails for their weapons, resolute of mind-They awaited the advent of Sri Hari,
