The great Lord Shiva is certainly difficult to propitiate but HE IS QUICKLY PLEASED WHEN PENANCE IS UNDERGONE,

O King Himachal, if your daughter practice austerity; Lord Shiva can erase the lines of fate that cause for sufferings,

Sage Narada said Aagain as water of every dewscription merge in sri Ganga yet no one calls the heavely stream impure,

Even like the Sun, fire and the Ganga, the mighty incur no blame,

If in their pride of wisdom foolish men emulate the great, they cast into hell for a whole kalpa,

Can embodied soul vie with God, Holy men would never drink wine even if they came to know that it had been made of water from Ganga but the same wine become pure when it is poured in Ganga,

The Sun and fire

Jai sri Ram,
Sage Narada Said that whatever demerits i have shown in her bridegroom exist in Lord Shiva,

If her Marriage take place with Lord Shiva, demerits will never be counted rather all demerits will turn hostile to merits

Even though Lord Sri Hari Vishnu used the serpent god Sesha as his couch and sleeps thereupon, no one blames him,

Even so the Sun and Fire consume all moisture and the relates to, yet every one pay due respect to them,

Jai Sri Ganesha,
Sri Himachal asked sage Narada, O chief of sages, please guide suitable what should now be employed,

Sage Narada replied that Hear O Himvan; whatecer has been decreed by the fate no one can change it, not even gods, demons, humans, nagas, or even sages,

Nevertheless i tell you one remedy; this may avail if heaven helps you,

Uma will undoubtedly get such a husband as  i have described to you,

The realize that the words of a sage like Narada could not be untrue,

Devi Uman kalyani was delighted to heard them all and cherished  them in her heart,

Love for the lotus feet of Lord Shiva spouted in her heart, shre however, felt different in her mind;union with Lord shiva appeared so difficult to her, finding the not not in harmony, she concealed her emotions and then sat down in the lap of one of her playmates,

An ascetic with mattered hair and a heart devoid of longing, stark naked and hideous accouterments-such a one shall be her husband,

Such the fate of lines on the palm of her hand-hearing the words of the true sage-believing them to be the true made Himachal and maina disconsolate,

Even Narada could not perceive this difference, through their outer expressions were same, but feeling was different,
