Atman or the spirit or the jeva is the core center of I-ness which endowed with consciousness and will, indeed powered to know, act and to experience in the fold of play.

Though atomic size or rather finer than even atomic or beyond the parameters of size and shape but can perceive the body it occupies to the tune of nature to act and redeem.

 Indeed possessed with inherent capacity to know itself with respect to truth but under the tranquilizing effect of Maya ever remains bare from self and identify self as body on the cord of life though a part of almighty lord but bags for even small pity pleasures of mundane existence.

 Though remains in close orbit of God but ever feel most favorable to Maya, in fact jiva are product of Maya and every one is different from each other and team leader is none other than ignorance.

Center of consciousness when turn to wards to truth then it experience the bliss instead of joy and sorrow.

Atman

Atman is very inevitable subject of all beings, indeed definition of atman is not so define, neither is a subject of words though it has several meanings to self but taken as inner most spirit, the indestructible self present in all beings.

Gross body is the subject of Maya alone, subtle body is under influence of Maya but subtlest or sub-subtle Body is not in direct subject of delusive Maya.

Atman Gyan is a must subject for human to win over the ties of these three. Indeed in life one can make it to reach at but here after it is really tough to make it.

When senses and mind become obedient then intellect open the lock of door known as wisdom which graduate the mind to interface the self to reach at the truth of atman.

The only help in the process in direct mode is communion with true saints or company of saintly souls which makes one to practice truth above the limitations of favors and advertise.

Atman

Atman is possessed with Ananta Shakti or infinite power, by nature atman is Omni potence. Indeed it is fraction of supreme reality that manifest with sound current, reason best known to God alone.

The secret of the power of Atman is truth that ever remains link to supreme through invisible connection and media of connection or the mode is ether only.

Atman, when come in contact of Maya get indulge in deeds with ignorance and loses its pace of truth and become weak and then subjected to miseries of routine chapter which is ruled by Maya.

There are so nay verses created by the great sages of time era to dispel the dark of ignorance which hence the truth that helps Atman to regain vitality of power.

Among them, Gayatri mantra is one define note that helps one to reach at the pace of truth, pristine source of power for Atman.

Atman

Atman is self, not a subject of material world but subjected to under the influence of Maya. Maya gives the identity to spirit through its material nature though true identity lies with supreme alone but self identifies mundane identity as given by Maya under the influence of ignorance.

Prana is vital force that connects spirit with material identity; indeed it is a life force. This prana binds subtlest with subtle and subtle with body. Prana is fair mode of invisible connectivity of spirit with matter.

Prana in a form pressing deity of nerves, through nerves it regulates the system of body in life, spirit subjected to. This spirit known in the name of atman has four seats to interact with, though in core base it rests in heart but naval, heart, throat and mind are the counters through which it dealt with life.

These four counters represents the four stages of life that wakeful, dreaming, deep sleep and transcendental state. Wakeful state alone is blessed with means to untie the knots of Maya and True spiritual master can help one on the subject.
