Truth is different in self

श्री हनुमान चालीसा,
Jai sri Ram,
Prahast Said to Ravana that all your ministers tell you only what is pleasing to you not the truth, truth is different in self from the worldly praise,

I am to submit humbly that their verdict never lead you to success,

Please Make a note that a stray monkey sprang across the ocean and come this side and the people still extol his doings in their heart of hearts, what! did done of you have any appetite then to make him food,

Why did you not seize and devour him while he was burning your city, your minister can give you advice limited to pleadings words bare from truth,

Sri Prahst

Jai Sri Ram,
Sri Mandodari listen about the glory of Ravana from his own mouth made her scared of the fact that it was her husbands impending death which turned his head,

Ravana reached at his council hall to discuss the truth unto situation arise out of building bridge at ocean,

That how should we proceed to fight enemy, demons replied in false tone but Sri Prahast,

Sri Prahast, son of Ravana with truth of realization said to ravana with joined palm, transgress not the bounds of propriety, My Lord, your counselors possess very little wit and vision,

May last till eternity

श्री हनुमान चालीसा,
Jai Sri Ram,
Sri Mandodari so saying clasped Ravana, falls in his feet with humble request,

Her eyes were filled with ocean of tears and trembling in every limb she added,

My Lord, worship Sri Rama, so that my union with you may last till eternity,

Thereupon Ravana lifted Maya danava daughter mandodari and began to harp on his own glory,

Sri Mandodari is on way to convince ravana through her words and facts unto truth concern with,

She Said to Ravana, O my Loving Lord, Sri Rama is compassionate by nature, will surely give refuge to you,

You have already accomplished all that you had to do, you have conquered all including gods and demons,

You should adore Sri Rama, who is fond of suppliant, whom greatest sages strive hard to realize for whom monarchs relinquish their throne and shed every attachment, it is who has arrived here to shower his grace on you, O my beloved please accept my request and it will spread your renown through all the spheres,

Mandodari

श्री हनुमान चालीसा,
Jai Sri Ram,
Mandodari is trying hard to convince her consort with pray that Sri Rama is not just a Human king, is King of the three spheres,

She said, please listen to my words without getting angry, my beloved, one should enter into hostilities with him alone whom one may be able to conquer by wit or physical force,

The disparity between you and Sri Rama is beyond description, he who disposed of powerfulful madhu and kaitabha and finished the most valiant son of Diti, who bound bali and dispatched king sahastrabahu,

It is he who have descended on earth to relieve it from sins, Bowing head at Sri Rama's lotus feet restore Sri Sita to him then handing over the kingdom to son and retiring to the forest to worship lord sri Hari Vishnu,

The bridge is overcrowded, some of the monkeys flew through air; while others crossed over treading on the backs of sea monsters,

The Lord encamped himself across the ocean and commanded all monkeys to go and regale themselves on the delicious fruits,

The moment Ravan heard that sea has been bridged, said  Has he really bridged the waves, the billows, the sea, the ocean,

He realized his own nervousness and laughed and left the scene, Mandodari his loving consort takes the scene and tries to elaborate the truth with joined palm,

Sri Rama surveyed the vast expense of the ocean while ascending through bridge,

All the creature inhabiting the ocean appeared on the surface in order to have a glimpse of the Lord,

Lord Rama, the fountain of mercy and a ray of hope of hopeless,

there had been many kinds of alligators, crocodiles, fishes and serpents with bodied eight hundred miles in length and colossal in size, there were others who devour even these, they were in their turn afraid of some other creatures, all gaze upon the Lord,

Sri Ram Setu

श्री हनुमान चालीसा,
Jai Sri Ram,
It was not just a Setu{bridge}, which is ready now for cross over to that shore of Lanka,

Clever Nal nila start with sacred fire for a yagna and every one in the army of Lord Rama contributed to this sacrifice for a cause,

Indeed it was grace of Lord Rama alone that makes fellow beings to contribute generously for the cause which resulted as wonderful bridge to cross over the ocean of metamorphism,

It was grace of Lord Rama that makes huge stones even to float in discipline with in rough ocean,
