Religion is that from which follows the attainment of true material world and final beatitude. To sustain one needs material world at it’s optimize pace and for existence of true self it needs spiritual world that paves the path for ultimate good of both worlds.
In other words religion indicates righteousness on the varying subject of life. Life as human needs all round development and that is feasible alone on the path of righteousness. All round development meant development of personality including the body as well true self that reflects from the body in broad-spectrum.
Body development relates to food and life style where as personality development relates to life style and environment. Righteousness is supreme to attain the motto on the subject.
Sat Raj and Tam there are three classifications unto foods thoughts and deeds. Those rely on the sat {truth} develop perfect inner personality irrespective of display mode, those carry on with rajas mode are bound to redeem the fruits to the tune that relates to emotion on varying subject of life which cause joy and sorrow indifferently but those prefer tam are bound to get trap in tamas of ignorance to a day on the cord of karma.
Body consist of five basics with respective features unto them that relates to five sense organ and their five sense perception modes that influence the manas, intellect and the ego of individual soul. Appropriate composition results in perfection when variation in composition causes effects indifferently in life. Intake and thoughts reflects on deeds and they depend on the intake either through food or through association. Appropriate food and truthful association reflects a true lifestyle. True style reflects on the truth unto self. Truth unto self makes it feasible to reach at the ultimate motto of being human.
