Vow of the lord is to dispel the fear from the mind of those who seek refuge in him. Version of lord is very simple to understand that those people who forsake a suppliant, apprehending evil from him are indifferent and their very sight is abominable.
Vow of lord is very clear in all respect that lord never abandon even the murderer of myriads of Brahmins; of one seek refuge in him. The moment a creature turns its face towards lord, the sin incurred by it through millions of lives are washed away.
Vow of lord is well define that if a man, even though he has been an enemy of the whole animate and inanimate creation, comes terror stricken to me, seeking my protection and discarding vanity, infatuation, hypocrisy and trickeries of various kind, I speedily make him the very like a saint.
That he looks upon all with the same eye and have no craving and mind is free from joy, grief and fear; saint of this description abides in the heart of lord even as mammon resides in the heart of a covetous man.
