Jai Sri Ram,
Sri Hanuman ji tries to enlighten the heart of Ravana
unto the glory of Lord Rama in his assembly and said,
O Ravana, listen-recall him by whose might, the Maya so
called nature brings forth numberless universes; by whose might, Brahma Vishnu and
Mahesh carry on their respective functions of creation, sustenance and
destruction; by whose might the shesh naag supports on his head the entire
globe, who assumes various forms to protect devotees, gods and saints and teach
lesions to wretches of this world,
By an iota of whose might you were able to conquer the
entire creation, known me to be an envoy of that Lord, I implore you with
joined palms give up your haughtiness, think of your linage and view things in
the perspective, in any case, disillusion yourself and adore him who dispel the
fear of his devotees and mind it that though he is compassionate by nature but
very source of terror even to death, that devours all created beings.
