Within the body the essence which the Vedas and the puranas are seeking, within the body exists the entire universe, so the ascetic saints quotes,

But one remains bare from the truth in delusion of this mundane existence being puffed in traditions,

Practice of pilgrimage, fasting and charity has its own merit but practice of truth in life is the message of Sri Hanuman,

Only true saint can guide unto subject and Sri Hanuman is far above the definition of saintly wisdom and is true help for human to organize self on the cord of truth,
