सुन्दरकाण्ड
Jai Sri Ram,
Ever since Sri Hanuman left after burning Lanka the demons
there had lived in constant terror,
Demons in their home though that there is no hope for the
demon race now,
They proclaimed that it was not an act of a monkey; it is
some God in the form of a mighty monkey that ruins the lanka alone,
Principal Queen of Ravana expressed her concern on the
verdict of her spies to Ravana with folded hand that,
Arrows of Rama are alike swarm of deadly serpents, while the
demon host can only compare with frogs, she requested Ravana, giving up
obstinacy, devise some mean of safety before it is too late.
