Jai Sri Ram,
Sage Bhardwaja chose Sacred Prayaga as his abode for a reason may be even hidden to him yet manifest for the devotees to recognize the milestone of devotion in conjunction with submission and truth,

Message of the sage was so simple for man to devote the truth, as man is not just a biological entity but a truth to realize the latent qualities within self through divine spirit,

And to reach at the truth one may need a tangible support which not only paves the path but enlighten the path with light of truth, and sage recognize Prayaga to be the most suited truth of religious fervor,

And the assembly of saints at a place like Prayaga, put-forth above the horizon of heaven to meet the truth of moral law inherent with self,
