Jai Sri Ram,

Sundar kand reflects that Lord rid the suppliant of sorrows by his gracious nature,

When presiding deity of ocean take refuge in Lord, Lord killed his enemy and erase his uninterrupted fear from,

When Suk, the spy of Ravana takes refuge in Lord liberate him from all sins incurred in the company of Ravana and blessed him with saintly wisdom.

When Vibhishan take refuge in Lord, lord blessed him with kingdom of lanka that in true spirit,

Vow of lord is to crush the hosts of demons, delight the heart of saintly souls and wipe out the sins of suppliant.

Just as mirror is not effected by the moss, so does the form of truth within self remains untarnished and it helps one gaze intensely for spirit to interface with,

Sri Sundar kand is a true laden with fruits of immortality if one wish to have those needs to be meek and lowly to perceive the truth stored in.

Reciting the verses of sundar kand irrespective of appropriate pronunciation, either at manas pace or low pitch voice immediate invites blessings with divine grace.

 If a man sees an attorney he naturally thinks of law suits and courts, similarly on seeing liberation from the bondage of Maya one needs to realize the truth of self and life here after and sundar indicate both all well,

Maya though one of the form of Sri Sita ji never even let her ever till she completes her breathing exercise and put forth many challenges which she crossed in faith with truth of her self.

Sundar kand gives clear message that no can afford to lose heart even midst of hurdles created by Maya being all are transitory and bound to cease self.
