Let Rama Abandon his home and live with his preceptor, ask this of the king as your second boon,

The most unwelcome news spread throughout the city as though the sting of a scorpion had circulated its poison throughout the body,

Every one was distressed even as tree and creepers are blasted at that sight of a forest fire,

The grief was too great to be borne,

It looked like a monster that would spring on him and devour him, its sight was so rappelling,

Since nobody answered his questions he proceeded to the apartment where king and queen Kaykai were greeting the king with the words,
