On Dushera Lord Rama killed demon king Ravana, It was not an easy task even for gods to side track Demon King Ravana, Ravana was a mystic demon with might of his consort's skill that keeps Ravana above the limitations of the mundane skill, Ravana win the world over and his deadliest approach was on way to curb gods but,

Excess of everything always proves to be bad, so was the ride of ego for Ravana which let him down on the scale of battle with Rama, Rama was embodiment of truth whereas Ravana was truth of falsehood, which makes Rama deal him on merits to relive fellow beings suffering from the extremities of Ravana,

Drawing the bow string right up to his ear the lord let fly 31 shafts, which flew like the serpents of death, one arrow sucked up the depth of navel, while others struck his heads and twenty arms, makes him shout in quest of Rama and this was fate of his end,

The most unwelcome news spread throughout the city as though the sting of a scorpion had circulated its poison throughout the body,

Every one was distressed even as tree and creepers are blasted at that sight of a forest fire,

Whoever heard it beat his head wherever he happened to be,

The grief was too great to be borne,
