Yogis so called mystics live a life with a difference to attain the true meaning of being human.
They heaving abandoned attachment, perform actions with body, mind, understanding and the senses only for purification of their souls.
The mind is ever active; hard to bring it the true pace. But mystics have their unique mode to reach at with the practice of yoga and meditation.
Anger is basic root of all misfortune in life. There are so many cool notes to control it at once but still it is not up to100%. Life style matters a lot.
Mystics have provide with many steps to control it among them sadachar {living in define pace} is the main life style to adhere with first.
When one feels anger, realize immediately {it needs practice of yoga & mediation [self control]} of the state of anger and start counting numbers to reach at an auspicious mode or start chanting at inner core the name of faith with easy deep breath{with out putting any stress there].
Heaving little water also helps in to control anger as anger is the result of fire element when it got activated at its most it results in hot exchange or burning in side which is even more harmful than external mode of anger.
Little efforts could decorate the life {life style} even better to reach at true self and the ultimately at the supreme.
