He stroked Sugriva body with his hand and lo-it become as hard as adamant and pain was gone, he put on his neck a wreath of flowers and giving him enormous strength sent him back.

Then Lord Sent Sugreeva, who strengthen by Rama, thundered under the nose of Bali,

They are no other than Rama and Laxman, the son of king Dasaratha, who can conquer death himself on the field of battle,

Sugreeva Said, listen O Lord-Bali is possessed of immense strength and exceedingly staunch in battle,

He then showed Rama Dundubhi's bones and the seven palm trees, which were struck down by Lord without any exertion,

When Sugreeva witnessed Sri Rama's strength his affection for him grew all the more and he was now satisfied that he would succeed in killing Bali,

He bowed his head at the feet of Sri Rama, was delighted at heart to recognize Lord,

Sugreeva Said that enemy went and entered the cave of a big mountain,

Then Bali gave instruction to me, Await my return til a fortnight,

If i do not return, then take me slain,

When I had waited there for a month, a copious stream of blood issued from the cave, i concluded that the demon had slain Bali and he will come and kill me too, i blocked the mouth of cave, when ministers saw me in town without master, force me to accept throne,

Today it is a meaningful day to perceive the message of Sri Rama, that never feed the ego beyond the bounds of self, ego itself is a fire which may damage the self even, Ravana feed the ego like anything to rule the world on the pitch of wish and will irrespective of pains and sufferings he indicated to fellow beings in process,

Indeed ego of man is a mild feature of spirit which may rise to disaster is truth of time and ages and story of Ravana vanish on the pitch of his undue ego, his truth and devotion succumbed against the might of his ego, which debar him from the vision to visualize the truth of sri Rama and he takes him as feeble moral, and face the wrath of Kaal,

Demon King Ravana was enemy of gods, men and creature on the planet-king that blind by ego was even distant from self and truth and failed to recognize the truth of Sri Rama which put him on miserable plight and Sri Rama Killed him for his sins, Lord of Raghus let fly thirty shafts, which flew forth the serpents of death, One sucked up the nectar of the navel, while rest struck his ten heads, twenty arms with impetuosity, even at his last in his ego-while dying he shouted with a loud and terrible roar---Where is Rama that i may challenge and slay him in battle,

The whole universe resounded with cries victory-victory, Gods and sages reined down flowers, shouting glory, glory to all merciful, glory to the bestower of liberation, consort of Ravana wildly beating bosom and weeping and said hostility to rama has reduce you to such a plight-no one of your stock is left to lament over your death, doomed to death, my lord- you heeded not my words, and took the RULER OF ALL ANIMATE AND INANIMATE BEINGS FOR AN ORDINARY MORTAL, Ah-my lord-there is none else so gracious as the divine Sri Rama-who bestowed on you a state which is difficult for Yogis to attain,

Then sri Hanuman related all the circumstances of both the sides and having installed the sacred fire as a witness he concluded a firm alliance between Sri Rama and Sugreeva,

The alliance was thus unreserved concluded and Laxmana narrated all the past history of sri Rama,

Said Sugreeva with his eyes full of tears-the daughter of Janaka, my Lord, will surely recovered,

On one occasion, when i sat here deliberating with my Councillors-i saw her fallen in the enemy's hands and being being borne through the air loudly waiting, crying Rama, Rama, Ah Rama, she dropped her scarf when she saw us,

When Sugriva saw Sri Rama, he accounted his birth as highly blessed,

When Hanuman found his master so gracious to him he rejoiced at heart and all his agony disappeared my lord, on the summit of this hill dwells Sugriva, the chief of the Monkeys,

He is a servant of yours, Make friend with him, my Lord-knowing him to be in affliction rid him all fear,

He will have Sita tracked by drafting millions of monkeys in every direction in search of her,

Treading the hard ground with your tender feet-wherefore are you wondering in the forest, my Masters, though possessed of the scorching charming limbs, how is it that you have exposed yourself to the scorching Sun and stormy wind of these wild regions, do you count in Trinity, or are you the twin divine sages Nara and Narayana,

Lord Rama proceeded still further and approached Rsyamuka Parvat,

There dwelt Sugreeva with his counselors, when he saw the two brothers-the highest embodiment of immeasurable strength, he extreamly alarmed and Said to Hanuman, one of his minister,

Disguised as Brahman Student go and see them and perceiving their intention in your mind informed me accordingly by means of signs,

If they have been dispatched by mischievous Bali, i must leave this hill and flee away at once,

They are abode of virtue, above the sorrow of the world and free from doubt-nothing besides my lotus feet is dear to them, not even their body nor home,

Like hot season she dries up all ponds and lakes of Japa, austerity and religious observances, again lust, anger, pride and jealousy are so many frogs as it were, like the rainy season woman is the only agency that gladdens them all,

I wanted to marry-why then-did you not let me accomplish my desire,

Lord Said-listen O sage, i tell you with all emphasis at my command that i always take care of those who worship me with undivided faith, even as mother tends her child, if an infant child runs to catch hold of fire or snake, the mother rescue it by drawing it aside, when-however, her son has grown up she loves him no doubt but not as before, the wise are like my grown up sons, while humble devotees are like my infant children, a devotee depends on me, while a wise man depends on his own strength, and both have to face enemies like lust and anger, pondering thus the prudent adore me never take leave of devotion even after attaining wisdom,

Grand Me My Master, only one boon that i ask of you, even though you already know it even without my asking, indwelling as you do the hearts of all, Lord_ you know my deposition, do i ever hide anything from my devotees,  what object i do hold so dear, O chief of sages, that you may not ask it of me, there is nothing which i may withhold from my votary, never give up this believe even by mistake,

When the sage saw the lord suffering the pangs of separation,

He felt much perturbed at heart, it is in submission to my curse that lord is undergoing many hardships of an oppressive nature,

Let me go and see such a noble Lord,

For such an opportunity may not present itself again, reflecting thus Narada went to lord, lute in hand, to the spot where the lord was, he fondly sang in a soft voice the exploits of sri Rama, as he prostrated himself, lord lifted him up and held him in his embrace for a long time, after enquiring of his welfare he seated him by his side,

Seeing the pleasant shade of a stately tree, the lord sat in it with Laxmana,

Covered by the dense lotus leaves the water could not be easily discerned,

Even as the attributeless Brahma is not perceived when veiled by Maya,

All the fish that had their abode in the fathomless water of the lake were happy,
