Indeed physical fitness is must for a true life but more than that it is perfect state of mind free from mundane impurity that matters the most. Afflicted mind affects health adversely. It is pure mind that relates to will-power in direct mode.

What one take as food directly impact on the state of mind with health, impure as well the foods other than vegetarian indicate violence in attitude while vegetarian food may indicate violent attitude but not as that of the previous one.

three states

In a day, individual spirit on the cord of life experience three states of awareness, one that with open eyes so called wakeful in mundane language other is dream state that may be with open eyes or in sleep state third one is deep sleep stage that last very little for any one.

Worldly people attain the peace and bliss in third stage while mystics and sages experience peace and bliss in all the three states.

Individual one in sound sleep state not only does lose the world but loses his individuality that causes him to experience the peace and bliss that free from ego.

Though truth is define as constant and unchanging reality but that follows all along the self in all the three states but it rules the third one.

Undue attachments are the cause that creates barriers in path of deep sleep. Undue attachments affect adversely the subtle body the very cause for suffering even hereafter. Those make it to optimize the pace of ego and submit self in the lotus feet of lord with faith, paves the path for ultimate good here after.

Oil is there in milk but it needs efforts to reach at, oil is in the oil seed but needs appropriate efforts to reach at, fire is in wood but cannot be reaching at by cutting it in peaces, it needs friction of fire to manifest it so is the spirit in the body but needs realization to reach at.

Source of water is ocean alone, source of light and heat is sun alone, very source of spirit is supreme one alone.

Waves arise out of ocean and merge in with time is truth of spirit that manifests from and merges in God. Waves ever remains connected to ocean are also truth of spirit that ever remains connected god that needs realization only.
