That very moment Sita heard the news and rose in great agitation to approach her mother-in-Law revered her lotus feet and sat down bowing her head, She Said, the lord is my life would depart to the forest, indeed a good fortune to accompany him, 

Sri Rama's mother broke the silence, listen to my dear child, for residing in the forest is tough for a princess like you, she comforted her by addressing tender and wise words  and relating the advantages and disadvantages of life in the forest, advised Sita to stay home either here or in her parents home, 

Sri Rama manifests on the scene and tries to explain the truth of the forest and the hardship of life, hard even to look for water, and it different kinds of beasts and demons on the way may pose challenges, 

Sita relates her life without his company, alike a river without water, body without soul, and lastly clear that it would be hard for her to be in body with him here if you leave me in Ayodhya till the expiry of your exile you may rest assured that I shall not survive, O friend of forlorn and the afflicted, lastly lord accepted her truth to accompany her along with,

Thus wailing in many ways Mother Kaushalya clung to Sri Rama's feet accounting herself the most unlucky woman, her heart filled with terrible deep agony, Sri Rama lifted her and pressed to his bosom, and then comforted her with soothing words,

In any case, if it is your father's command alone, then go not, remembering that a mother ranks higher than one's father if, on the other hand, both father and mother have asked to proceed to the wood then, of course, the forest will equal a hundred cities like Ayodhya, with the sylvan gods for your father, the sylvan goddesses for your mother and birds and beasts to wait upon your lotus feet,

At all events, it is but proper for a king to dwell in a forest in the evening of his life, it is your tender age that fills my heart with agony, 

How blessed is the forest and how luckless is Ayodhya, that will be deserted by you, O Rama, if I ask you, my boy, to take me with you, your mind will be filled with doubts, 

You are supremely dear to all, my child, you are the life of our life, and the vitality of our soul, as such you say, I go to the forest, while I remain rooted to my seat even on hearing these words and repent,

Let me know the reason, who is it that served as fire to consume the solar race, reading in Rama's eyes his tacit consent Sumantra's son explained the reason, and the mother was struck dumb as it were to hear the episode, the state of her mind was beyond description,

She could neither detail her son nor yet say Go, she felt terrible agony in her heart in either event, it seemed as though one was going to write moon and wrote Rahu, the ways of the creator is always adverse to all, she said to herself,

She found herself in the dilemma like a snake that has caught hold of a muskrat, if I press my son, detain him, the moral code will be violated and bad brother created between brothers, and if I allow him to proceed to the woods, it will be a grievous loss, 

The queen thus found herself in an embarrassing situation and was overwhelmed with grief, you have done well my child, I swear, a father's command is the most sacred of all oblations, having promised to bestow on you the kingdom, has decided to exile you to woods does not make me least sorry, but your absence from our midst will mean a terrible ordeal to Bharata, the king himself and to the people,

A day to arise, awake, and make to the truth of respective discipline to reach self for the sole cause of being man,

Adoration of the day may help devotees to recover from the negative aspects of the journey and felicitate them to the truth that safeguards them on all the five chapters for a fair survival,

for what offense has he asked you

Sri Rama with joined palms cheerfully bowed his head at his mother's feet, she blessed him and clasped him to her bosom, a mother with tears of affection in her eyes thrilled with joy, seated him in her lap, pressed him once more to her breast, asked,

Tell me, dear child, I beseech you, when will be that delightful auspicious hour, Said the Rama, Father has bestowed on me the kingdom of the forest, where there will be great opportunities for me in every way, grant me leave with a cheerful heart, so that my journey to the forest may be attended with joy and blessing,

Be not obsessed with erroneous tears due to affection, dear mother, by your goodwill I shall be ever happy, spending four years and ten in the forest, and having obeyed my father's command I will come back and behold your feet again, be not said at heart, 

The words of Rama pierced the heart of Mother, the agony of her heart was beyond description, Mother spoke in faltering accents, my boy, you are dear to me as life as your father, the king has got an auspicious day fixed for installing you as prince regent, for what offense has he asked you to proceed to the woods,

When everything was ready, God upset the whole plan, and people abused Kaikeyi in varying forms, a wicked woman set fire to the house with her own hand, 

What is there that fire cannot consume, what is there that cannot be engulfed by the ocean, what is there that a powerful woman, cannot accomplish, what creature is there in this perishable world, that death cannot devour,

Having first ordained one thing the creator has now ordained the reverse of it, sooner shall the moon rain sparks of fire or nectar have the same effect as a poison than Bharat ever dream of doing anything prejudiced to the interest of Rama,

Some blamed the creator, who had offered nectar but given poison, Will Sita forgo the company of Rama or Laxman chose to stay at home, will Bharat enjoy the sovereignty,

Blessed is the birth on the surface of this earth, whose father rejoiced to hear of his doings, he has all the four rewards of life, to whom his parents are dear as life, 

After carrying out your order and having obtained the reward of my life I shall come back soon, therefore be pleased to command me, in the meantime I shall ask leave of Mother Kaushalya and return forthwith, 

Then I shall proceed to the woods after throwing myself once more at your lotus feet, so spoke Sri Rama and then departed, the king was overpowered by the grief beyond words and the most unwelcomed news spread like wildfire, 

People were distressed, whosoever heard it beat his head wherever he happened to be, grief was too great to be borne, mouths were parched, eyes streamed and their hearing could not contain their sorrow, as if the enemy of pathos pitched camp at Ayodhya,

Let worldwide disrepute be my lot and let my good name parish, I would be damned to perdition and forgo heaven, subject me to all severe hardship, but let not Rama be screened from my view,

The king then prayed within his heart but did not open his lips, his mind quivered like an aspen leaf, perceiving that his father was overpowered with affection, and apprehending that Mother Kaikeyi might utter something again, 

Rama spoke with due deliberate words, which were not only humble but also suited the place, time, and circumstances, dear father, I make bold to submit something, pray to forgive me, that I am not yet tender age, 

You have suffered for most trilling matter and the pity of it is that nobody apprized me of it before, when I saw I asked Mother Kaikayi, and was consoled to hear what she has told me,

The King's spell of unconsciousness now left him, he remembered Rama and then changed sides, Sumantra informed him about the arrival of Rama, made a humble submission to him, 

Hearing the arrival of Rama, the king recovered himself, overwhelmed King clasped him to his bosom, overpowered with grief he could not utter a word, and pressed Rama once more to his heart,

Invoking lord Shiva he solicited himself, saying, hear my prayer, O blissful Lord, quickly pleased and indiscreetly as you are, pray to relieve my affliction knowing me to be in distress, 

Dwelling as you do in the heart of all as the promoter of actions, so inspire Rama that he may flout my word and stay at the home casting to the wind all sense of propriety and filial affection,

Kaikayi unhesitatingly spoke these pungent words, which callousness itself was sorely distressed to hear, having communicated the whole incident to Rama, she sat like the very incarnation of heartlessness, 

Sri Rama smiled within himself and said, listen, mother, that son is blessed, who is devoted to the words of his parents, a son who gratifies his father and mother is rare in this world, in the forest, I shall get more frequent opportunities of meeting hermits,

Bharat is dear to me as my life will get sovereignty, and god is propitious to me, if I refuse to proceed to the woods, should be counted foremost in an assembly of fools, I must have committed some great offense which prevents the king from speaking to me, I adjure you, to tell me the truth,

The queen rejoiced to find Sri Rama inclined toward her proposal, and said with a false show of affection, I swear by yourself and Bharat that no other cause of king's affliction known to me, all the words from his stepmother sounded pleasant to Rama as all kinds of water are hallowed through their confluence with the holy Ganga,

His lips got parched and his whole frame burned, looked helpless bereft of his pristine wealth, and Lord beheld by the side of his father angry Kaikeyi, who stood like a death personified, Rama saw the sorrow for the first time, never heard of it before, 

Yet, recovering himself as the occasion demanded, addressed his mother Kaikeyi, tell me dear mother, the cause of my father's distress, so that an attempt may be made to remove it, 

Said Kaikayi, Listen, Rama, the sole cause is this, the king is very fond of you, he had promised me two boons of my choice and I asked for whatever I Liked, the king, however, was stricken with grief to hear my request, for he cannot shake off the hesitation on your score,

With a love for his son on one side, and his plighted words on the other, the king is placed on the horns of a dilemma, obey his command if you can, and rid him of severe mental torture,

King used to wake up during the last watch of the night every day, his behavior is strange today, Sumantra entered the gynaeceum, but it wore such a dismal appearance that he was afraid, The state of the king was more like calamity and sorrow,

King and queen were in their indifferent truth to react, he greeted the king and bowing his head sat down, Kaikeyi was full of evil and void, broke the silence,

The king had no sleep last night, heaven alone knows the reason, he is simply repealing Rama, Rama, till daybreak and refuses to disclose the secret, therefore call on Rama, bring him soon, 

Sumantra headed towards Rama, Rama saw Sumantra coming and received him with honor, he conveyed to Rama the Royal command, and Rama followed and reached there, saw the king's utterly wretched state like an aged elephant who had dropped down in terror at the sight of a lioness,

May the day never dawn nor may anyone go and tell Rama, King recalled within himself, O sun god, you will be pained to see the plight of Ayodhya, 

The king was yet wailing, the day broke and the music of lute, flute and conch was heard at his door, birds extolled him, and minstrels sang his praises and they all pierced the king like shafts as he heard them, 

At the door waited crowd of servants and ministers, who said to one another at the sight of the risen sun, the Lord of Ayodhya has not yet woken up, what special reason can there be,

When the King saw the malady unconsolable he dropped on the ground beating his head and sobbing out in most piteous tones, Rama, O Rama, O Lord Raghus, the king was stricken with grief and his limbs began to droop, 

Kaikeyi plied him once more with pungent and harsh words, injecting poison as it were into his wound, Either go back upon your words, pray do not like a woman,

On hearing these poignant words the king exclaimed, say what you will, you are not to blame for it, it is my doom which has possessed you like a devil and is using you as it mouthpiece,

Bharata would never covet sovereignly even unwittingly, by decree of fate, however, evil council has taken possession of your mind, I beseech you with joined palms, pray speak not a word to me again, you will repent in the end, O hapless woman, that you killed a cow for the sake of gut,

No more of jesting or anger, make a reasonable and thoughtful request, so that I may now regale my eyes on the sight of Bharata's installation on the throne, I tell you sincerely that I cannot live without Rama, 

Be assured of your mind and be wise, my existence depends on the sight of Sri Rama, hearing these words queen blazed up like the fire, said, you might as well as trillions of devices, but my stratagem shall not avail with me, 

Either grant my request or earn a bad reputation, am not fond of wiles, i have known all of you, I will repay with a vengeance the benefit she has sought to confer upon me,

If Rama does not retire to the woods assuming the garb of a hermit as soon as the day break, death to me and ill repute to you will be inevitable, bear this in mind, O king,

Rama has no greed of sovereignly and is deeply attached to Bharata, I sincerely tell you, swearing by Rama a hundred times that his mother never said a word to me in connection, 

Only one thing has cause pain to me, second boon that you have asked, tell me the fault of Rama, how could he whose temperament was congenial even to an enemy act contrary to his will of his own mother,

King moaned within himself, seeing this queen sulked within her heart and said, IS BHARATA NOT YOUR SON, have you brought me in consideration of money, Kaikeyi uttered most pungent words as through applying salt to a burn,

King said to himself that she has smitten me in the most vital part, said to queen that Bharata and Rama are my two eyes, I vouch for it, calling Sankara as my witness,

I have now understood the whole mystery, said the king with a smile, You are fond of angry by nature, kept the boon but never asked for them, pray do not level a false charge against me, 

You might have asked four instead of two, it is always the rule of the Raghu Race, one's plighted words must be redeemed even at the cost of one's life, 

Over and above this I have unwittingly sworn by Rama, having thus bound him with his words, queen Said, hear my beloved lord, that which pleases my heart, vouchsafe to me for one boon the installation of Bharata as the prince regent of Ayodhya,

And for second boon I ask with joined palms, pray accomplish my desire, my lord, let Rama dwell in the woods for fourteen years in the garb of a hermit and wholly detached from the world,

Thinking her reconciled the king spoke again in soft and winning ascents his whole thrilling over emotion, tomorrow i installing Rama as the prince regent, thereby, put on a festive garb, 

Queen's heart was hard, hard to cracked by words, agony was disguised by her under the cloak of a smile, king was unable to detect her wily designs, although king was skilled in statesmanship,

Again, with a greater show of false affection she smillingly said with a graceful movement of her face and eyes, 

You do repeat  the word ASK ask, but never actually give anything, you promised me a couple of boons but I am yet doubtful about my getting them,

Said the king again and again, tell me the cause of your anger, who is it, my dear, that has harmed you, who is there with a head to spar and who that courted death, tell me what pauper I should exalt to the position of king, and what monarch I should banish from the kingdom, 

I could slay even an immortal, your enemy, of what account, then men and women, who are mere worms as it were, you know my disposition, my mind is enamored of your face, my people and my family, and all that I possess including my life are all at your disposal,

If I tell you anything insincerely, I should be guilty of falsely swearing by Rama a hundred times, Ask whatever pleases your mind, distinguish within yourself between an opportunity and inopportune hour and give up, this unbecoming attire at once,

On hearing this and considering the great oath, the dull witted queen smilingly arose and began to put on her ornaments, it seemed as if a huntress was laying the trap at the sight of a deer,

The king was taken aback, he heard of the sulking room, his feet refused to advance on account of fear, he under whose powerful arm the lord of celestials dwelt secure and whose goodwill was even sought by all rulers of men stunned at the news of his wife's anger,

Look at the mighty power of sexual love, even those who have endured the blows of a spear, thunderbolt or sword have been overcome with the flower shafts of Rati's lord, 

The king timidly approached his beloved queen and was terribly distressed to perceive her condition, was laying on the floor in course attire cast away all the ornaments of her person,

Drawing close to her the king asked in soft ascents, Why are you angry, my soul delight, As the King touched her, why are you angry, MY QUEEN, she threw it aside and lashed upon him a furious glance like an enraged serpent,

The queen is now under the sway of the mind of Manthara, and makes up her mind in tune with delusion as prescribed by her servant for an indifferent reason, 

Having thus hatched her fierce design against the queen the watch said, Betake yourself to the sulking room, manage the whole affair discreetly, and be not too steady to believe, 

Thus lavishing every term of endearment on her maidservant, Kaikeyi retired to the sulking room, discord was the seed and Manthara, the rain, evil mind served as a ground to sprout those two boons Kind own to the queen,

At eventide the king joyfully visited Kaikeyi's palace, it took as if love incarnate had called on harshness personified,

Extolling Sri Rama's goodness, amiability, and noble disposition, Vashista said, thrilled over with emotion, the king has made preparations for the installation ceremony, he would invest you with regal powers, Rama, you should observe righteous austerity today so that God may bring this affair to a happy conclusion, then Guru return to his hermitage, 

On that very occasion Laxman steeped in love with rapture, greeted him with endearing words, all prayed for Bharat to return from his maternal uncle's home, blessed hour to start tomorrow, the object of desire will be accomplished,

Rejoice in Ayodhya but the agony in the heart of gods who wants Rama to visit the aspirants and sages that awaiting him for a long for his arrival in the incarnation, they invoke goddess Saraswati and supplicated her, mother manipulate things in such a way today that Rama retire to the forest for the cause of gods and saints, 

Time takeover the whip to oblige the gods though goddess Saraswati was not in favor, destiny yielded in its own truth, Kaikeyi Servant Manthara play the role of truth with referral cause and invoke Kaikaeyi unto truth being franchised for installing Rama with regal powers, convince her to trap King in his vow and the boons he awarded to the queen to install Bharata instead of Rama and ask exile for Rama, not less than fourteen years,

King Dasaratha adored Brahmans, holy men, and gods to invoke blessings for the welfare of Sri Rama, That very time the ladies were delighted to hear all about, gathering lovely sports on perceiving waxing moon, 

Rama reverently bowed his head in honor of Guru, and wash his lotus feet to mark eternal respect, clasped his feet with Sita, and spoke thus A master visit to his servant's house is the root of all blessings and a panacea for all evils, 

Sage applauded Sri Rama and Said, it is but meets, O Rama, that you say so, the ornament of the solar race that you are,

Kind Said, My Lord, let Rama be invested with regal powers, pray, command me so that necessary preparations may be set on foot, and let this happy event take place in my lifetime, by the Lord's blessings Shiva has allowed everything to pass smoothly, this is only longing that I have in my mind, 

Listen, O King, aversion to Sri Rama makes one repent, while his adoration is the only means of soothing the agony of one's heart, 

O King, let there be no delay, that day itself is auspicious and full of blessings when Rama is proclaimed regent,

From the day Sri Rama returned home duly married, there were new festivities and jubilant music every day, All cherished in their heart a common desire and said in their prayer to Lord Shiva, would the king in his own lifetime appoint Sri Rama as his regent,

One day king was overjoyed to hear the fair renown of Rama, entering the idea into his mind and finding an auspicious day and a suitable opportunity the king communicated it to his Guru with his body thrilled over the emotions and his mind filled with rapture, 

Said the king, listen O chief of Sages, Rama is now accomplished in every day, all the people of the City hold Sri Rama as dear as anything, it seems benediction in itself has incarnated in his lovely form, praise the sage from the truth of his heart for his gracious nature, one longing remains to obtain in my heart that too will be your grace,

Said the sage, O king, your very name and glory grant all one's desires, the object of your heart, that accomplished before you entertain the desire,

four rewards of human life

May he in whose lap shines forth the daughter of the mountain king, who carries the celestial stream on his head, on whose brow rests the crescent moon, whose throat holds poison and whose breast is the support of a huge serpent, and who is adorned by the ashes on his body, may that chief of gods, the lord of all, the destroyer of the universe, the omnipresent Shiva, the moon like Sankara, ever protect us, 

May the splendor of Sri Rama's lotus-like face, which neither grew brighter at the prospect of his being installed on the throne of Ayodhya nor was dimmed by the painful experience of exile in the woods, ever bring sweet felicity on us, 

I adore Sri Rama, the lord of Raghus's race, whose limbs are as dark and soft as a blue lotus, who has Sta enthroned on his left and who holds in his hand a mighty bow and graceful bow, 

Cleansing the mirror of my mind with the dust from the lotus feet of the revered Guru, I sing Sri Rama's untarnished glory, that bestows the four rewards of human life,

Sri Ekadasi today, a mystic day that embodiment of meaningful truth which drives spirit to the truth of inherent eternity for the cause eternal,

The truth of the day is infinite in itself yet approachable by devotees who in faith with submission, 

Not just a day to charm self in love with the lotus feet of Lord Vishnu but a day that supports the self for fair compliance of the journey to reach a safe shore,

Not that easy to perceive the truth of the day, not that difficult to adore the truth of the day to meet the inherent truth of self,

All the mothers were so overcome with joy and rupture that their feet refused to walk and their limbs began to droop, charming and captivating music of every king playing around, to mark the occasion, carrying in their lotus hands salvers of gold-laden with articles of good omen, queen proceeds joyfully to greet their sons,

Good omens manifested themselves and the gods rained flowers to the beat of drums, while celestials dames danced for joy, Ayodhya then greeted the king in its own inherent truth and rejoiced to see four noble princes with their brides, delighted mothers waved lights over the pairs, after performing the rites as prescribed by Vedas, mothers conducted them all to the Palace, 

The mothers derived joy like anything, Rama smiled within himself in the ecstasy of the occasion, and they all saluted the preceptor and dignified Brhamans, Dasarath Thanked Vashistha in many forms and felt himself to be luckiest of all,  Princes with their brides bowed to preceptor's again and again, sage invoked blessings on them, 

There was constant felicity, joy and rejoicing and days rolled in this way, Ayodhya was inundated with a tidal wave of delight, swelling higher and still higher, Those men who reverently hear or sing the tales of this auspicious festivities shall ever be happy by the grace of Sri Rama and goddess Sita, know Sri Rama's glory is an abode of felicity,

marriage procession approached Ayodhya on a sacred Day

The king of Ayodya was delighted to see his four sons  with their brides, all other princes were married according to the same rites as have been described in the case of Sri Rama, Then all the four princes with their brides approached their father,

Every moment of the event was enriched with festal felicitations,  all the celestial sages visited to bless the occasion, Dasaratha extolled in everyday Janaka's affection, Sages requested Janaka now you let go Dasaratha, a sound resounded in echos may you ve victorious, may you live long,

The ladies of the gynaeceum were transported with joy and waved lights about the bridegroom, with humble submission Sunayana committed to Sita to Rama and prayed with joined palms, both families were overwhelmed with emotions, time reaches to take leave of the occasion and for the departure to Ayodhya,

All companions of princes overpowered with emotions, Ganesha along with Riddhi and Siddhi helps princesses to ascend the palanquins, gods gladly raimed down flowers, and heavenly nymphs sang, halted at convenient stages in courses of the journey and gladdened the people on the roadside, marriage procession approached Ayodhya on a sacred Day,

four brothers are now married to four sisters

Having observed the family customs, the Gurus that Vashista and Sadananda directed the Brahmanas to worship Gauri Ganesha, The sun god himself felicitated the occasion, and oblations were offered, Vedas in the guise of Brahmana executed the procedure of the nuptial ceremony,  

The sages recited the Vedas in joyous tones, and the bridegroom accepted the bride's hands, Brahma's and other divinities rejoiced on occasion, and Janaka gave Sita to Sri Rama, presiding deity of seas blessed the event and the fire god became the witness of the tie, thereby earning fair renown, praises sung by bards, 

The bride and bridegroom performed the circumambulation with paces, while all others feasted admiring gaze on the spectacle, Sita and Rama paced around the fire and accomplished all the rites, both sat together on the same couch, 

All four brothers are now married to four sisters of that kingdom, Dasarath is delighted to see his four sons with their brides, Janki's sister Urmila married to Laxman, Sita's uncle's daughters Shrutikiti married to Piusudan and Mandavi to Bharat,

Restraining her tears out of regard for the auspicious occasion, Queen Sunayana performed the ceremony of waving lights with a gladdened heart, Rama was installed on the seat reserved for him, lights were waved around him, 

Having observed every custom that derived its authority from Vedas Dasratha and Janaka embraced each other with great love, Janaka himself conducted Dasaratha to the pavilion with all honor, Noble Brahmans witnessed the spectacles with great delight, 

The graceful eyes of all drank in the beauty of Sri Ramachandra's countenance with utmost love and rapture, perceiving that the time of the wedding had arrived, a message was sent to bring the bride, Equipped themselves with auspicious materials Sita's companions and other ladies conducted her to the pavilion with due honor, 

Sita in her native loveliness shone forth among the bevy of ladies as a charming personification of beauty in the midst of graces,

Celestial damsels rained down flowers and sang, after due homage, reverence, and courtesy the deputations conducted the bridegroom party to the logging, magnificent were the rooms assigned to them, provided with all kinds of comfort, hearing Sita's command they repaired to the guest's apartments with every kind of riches, 

People of the city were delighted beyond measure, everyone enjoy transcendental bliss and prayed for lightened days and nights on the occasion, Sita is an incarnation of Janaka's merits and Rama is Dasratha's virtue personified, citizens addressed themselves that providence has ordained things well, 

The sight of Sri Rama was so soothing to the guests, time and again Janaka send for Sita, there will be hospitality of every kind, four brothers attract the mind but cannot be described in words, no match in the three worlds,

The most auspicious sacred hour before sunset arrived, perceiving the propitious omens, the Brahmans praised Janaka for its approach, the king asked the family priest, why the delay now, there was great rejoicing in the court of the king, the joy  which Sita's mother felt in her heart on beholding Rama in the attire of bridegroom was more than anything,

All the entrances to the king's Palace the enormous crowds, women carrying festal lights in slavers used on the auspicious occasion, caroled melodious strains in an ecstasy of joy, The magnificent chariot the king joyfully caused Vashist to mount, fixed his thought on Shiva, Gauri, and Ganesha,

Gallanent princes made their steeds curvet to the measured beat of labors and kettledrums, accomplished dancers noted with surprise, the splendor of the marriage procession was beyond description, all kinds of auspicious omens that conducted to desired results occurred at once, 

When it was learned that the procession of the bridegroom party was approaching, the temperature class of kettledrums was hard, a reputation went out to receive them, King Janaka sent all kinds of appeals, ornaments, and articles to please the occasion, 

A batch from each side joyfully marched at a gallop to meet each other, and two parties met as two oceans of bliss that had transgressed their bounds,

The king then called all ladies of the gynaeceum, and inform them about the message from Janaka and the doings of Sri Rama, all rejoiced to hear, and joy invoked the blessings, The queen then sent for Brahmanas and joyfully bestowed gifts on them, called beggers and lavishly innumerable kinds of gifts on them,

There was a jubilant and tempestuous clash of kettledrums, all the fourteen spheres filled with joy, Ayodhya turn itself to be a most beautiful city to host the event, and people decorated the house full of auspiciousness ness and blessings, 

Collected troops of ladies all brilliant with the moon the wonderful faces practiced sixteen types of adornment to mark the occasion, various articles of good omen appear in charming reality, Brahmans start special occasions pujas in the name of Sita and Rama,

Bharata and Shatrughan joined this wonderful celebration, starting at once the procession of Rama's marriage, and mounting of chariots the processions began to collect outside the city greeted by auspicious omens, all rode the vehicles appropriate to their respective ranks, with hope and whispering when shall we feast our eyes on the two heroes, Rama and Laxman,

Go and dispatch to the city of Ayodhya messengers who may invite King Dasaratha, and bring him here, Janaka gladly responded and summoned the messengers and dispatched them that very moment, then the king sent his own servants and instructed them, erect pavilions of all kinds with due care, decorate them,

Emeralds used to  decorate, piper betel leaves find the requisite place, lovely mango leaves of graven sapphires with blossoms of gold and bunches of emerald fruits glistened, charming festoons auspicious vases, beautiful flags, curtains, and chowries, beauty beyond words for the canopy to hold Sri Rama,

Janka messengers arrived at Ayodhya and rejoiced to behold the birthplace of Sri Rama, King Dasratha summoned them and received them in person, they handed over the letter of the message, obtaining the news Bharat felt delighted at heart, and the whole kingdom rejoice in the truth of the message,

Overwhelming with love King asked again and again, said the messenger Rama broke the bow without effort to meet the vow of King Janaka for the marriage of his daughter Sita, King rose to message it to Vashista, the Guru highly pleased to hear and said prepare the marriage procession after assigning lodging to the messengers returned to his palace,

There was a tumultuous clash of musical instruments and everyone displayed charming and auspicious objects, troops of fair-faced, bright-eyed damsels sang melodies songs in chorus, their voices resembled the notes of the cuckoo, Janaka's joy was beyond description,, as that of a beggar who has found the treasure, 

Sita was rid of her fears and was as glad as a young pakora bird at the rising of the moon, Janaka made obeisance before Kaushik and said, it is due to your grace, my lord, that Sri Rama has been able to break the bow, the tow brothers gain me my purpose, pray, tell me now, revered sir, what is behooves me to do,,

Said the sage, listen, wise king, the marriage depended on the bow and took place directly after the bow broke, as is well known to all, including gods, human beings, and Nagas,

Nevertheless, you now go and perform according to the family usage whatever practices are prescribed in the Veda, after consulting the Brahmanas, the elders of your family, and your own preceptor Sadanand,

O Manasa, realize the truth of the day, indeed a favorable day to take refuge in the lotus feet of Sri Rama that to enter the grove of wish-yielding creepers guarded by Sri Hanuman, Sri Hanuman welcome devotees with the truth of respective dignity in this groove to felicitate the spirit behind the mortal face,

To experience the gracious truth of this groove known in the name of Earth with incandescent clusters that extol the spiritual significance like anything to impart the meaning of incarnation with cause for spirit in varying embodiments, 

Let men realize the reality and truth of the savior in this magnificent groove none other than Sri Hanuman in his varying visible and invisible forms, Know Sri Hanuman to be a mystic and compassionate, no one parallel to him on the planet that to shower his grace on suppliant, 

Today is the day to mark self in truth with the reality of the day that Sri Hanuman Jayanti, the appearance day of Sri Hanuman in that age to serve his master, Sri Rama, devotees participate in this Yajna in many forms with humble and meaningful moral submission, and oblige themselves with the truth of practice of the day to attain spiritual prosperity from the king honor of Sri Hanuman,

Glory to Sri Rama

Glory to Sri Rama, who delights Raghu's line even as the sun delights a cluster of lotuses, glory to the fire that consumes the forest of the demon race, glory to the benefactor of gods, Brahmans, and cows, Glory to him who is an ocean of humility, amiability, compassion and goodness and a pastmaster in the art of speech,

Glory to the delighted of his servants and to him who is graceful of every limb and whose form possesses the beauty of millions of cupids, how can I with one tongue utter your praises, glory to him who sports in the mind of the great lord Shiva as a swan in the Manasarovar lake,

In my ignorance I have said much that was unseemly, therefore pardon me, both brothers, abodes of forgiveness that you are, glory, glory, all glory to the chief of Raghu's race, So saying the lord of Bhrgus withdrew to the forest to practice penance, the wicked kings were all seized with imaginary tears and the cowards quietly fled in all directions, 

The gods sounded their cattle drums and rained down flowers on the lord, all the people of the city rejoiced and their heart's agony, born of ignorance, disappeared,

NO MATTER IF IT IS MY DEATH

 Jai Sri Ram,

A god, a demon, a king, or a body of warriors, whether my equal in strength or more powerful than myself, should any of these challenge me to combat, I would gladly fight with him, NO MATTER IF IT IS MY DEATH, for whom born as Ksatriya and yet afraid of fighting, is a veritable wretch and has brought a slur on his lineage,

I tell you my natural way and not by way of tribute to my race, Raghu's descendants do not tremble to meet the fight even death, such is the glory of Brahman Race that he who is afraid of you, that Brahmanas, is rid of all fears, 

When he heard these soft yet profound words of Sri Rama, Parshurama's mind was disillusioned, O Rama, take this bow of Rama's lord and draw it, so that my doubts may be cleared, As Parshurama offered his bow it passed into Rama's hand of its own accord, and PARSHURAMA FELT AMAZED AT THIS,

He then recognized Sri Rama's might and his whole frame was thrilled with joy and his hair stood on end, joining his palms together he addressed the following words to Sri Rama, his heart bursting with emotion,

think before you speak,

 Jai Sri Ram,

You know me to be a mere Brahmana, I tell you what kind of Brahman I AM, know that the bow is my SACRIFICIAL LADLE, arrows are my oblations, MY WARTH, the blazing fire, the brilliant fourfold forces, consisting of the horse, the elephant, the chariot and the foot soldiers are fuel,

And mighty princes have served as victims, whom I have cut to pieces with this very axe, and offered as sacrifices, in this way I have performed millions of sacrifices in the shape of armed conflicts, accompanied by the muttering of sacred formulas in the shape of war cries, 

My glory is not known to you, address me in contemptuous terms mistaking me for a mere Brahmana, since you have broken the bow, your arrogance has transgressed all limits, in your esteem you should stand as if you have conquered the whole world, 

Said Rama, O sage, think before you speak, your anger is out of proportions with my error, which is trifling one, worn out as it was, the bow broke at a mere touch, what reason have I to be proud, HEAR TRUTH, O LORD OF BRAGHUS IF AS YOU SAY, I TREAT YOU WITH DISRESPECT BECAUSE YOU ARE A BRAHMAN, WHO IS THAT GALLANT WARRIOR IN THIS WORLD TO WHOME I WOULD BOW MY HEAD OUT OF FEAR,

O Lord, whereas there is only one merit in me, that is my bow while you have got nine most auspicious characteristics,

Such as tranquillity, restraint, penance, purity, forbearance, straightforwardness, knowledge, supreme knowledge, and faith in God,

I am thus inferior to you in every way, therefore, O Holy sir, Forgive my faults, Again and again, did Rama address His namesake as a sage,

And as a great Brahman, till the chief of Bhrgus exclaimed in his fury, you are as perverse as your younger brother,

Seeing you equipped with an axe, arrows, and bows, the boy took you for a champion and got excited, although he knew you by name, he did not recognize you in person, and answered you according to his lineage,

If you had come as a sage, the child, O holy sir, would have placed the dust of your feet on his head, forgive the error which did not know you, a Brahman should have plenty of mercy in his heart,

What comparison, my lord, can there be between you and me, tell me if any affinity between head and feet, mine is a small name, Rama, 

Yours is a Long one with Parshu-prifined to Rama,

duel between the master and his servant

It is with your connivance that your brother addressed such pungent words to me, while you make false entreaties with joined palms, either give me satisfaction in combat or forswear your name Rama, give battle to me,  O enemy of Shiva, without taking recourse to any willy trick, 

Or else, I will dispatch you and your brother both, While the Parshurama thus raved with his axe, Sri Rama smiled within Himself bowing his head to the sage, while the fault is Laxman's, the sage's wrath is against me, sometimes meekness too begets much evil, a crook man is revered by all,

The crescent moon is not devoured by the demon Rahu, Said Rama, cease from wrath, O lord of Sages, the axe is in your hand, my head is before you do that, my lord, which may pacify your anger, know me to be your servant, 

How can there be any duel between the master and his servant, give up your anger, O great Brahman, it is only because he saw you in the garb of a warrior that the boy said something to you and he cannot be blamed for it,

Parshurama spoke to Rama

 Jai Sri Ram,

My hand moves not, though passion consumes my breast, while this axe, which has slain kins without numbers, has gone blunt, fate has turned against me, and that is why I find my nature changed, otherwise compassion at any time is unknown to my heart, 

My tenderness of feeling has imposed on me a severe strain today, on hearing this the son of Sumitra bowed his head with a smile, the breeze of your benevolence is so befitting your frame, the words you speak appear as though blossoms drop from a tree, 

O revered Sir when compassion sets your whole frame as fire, God help you when you are angry, look here, Janaka, this stupid boy in his perversity intends to migrate to the region of death, why not put him out of my sight, though small to look at, the princeling is yet so wicked, Laxman smilingly said to himself, shut your eyes and the whole world will vanish out of your sight,

Then Parshurama spoke to Rama, his heart boiling with rage, having broken Sambu bow, O wretch, do you teach me,

my wrath is ineffectual

Joining both his palms together and speaking in the most humble gentle and placid tones Sri Rama Said, I pray you, my lord wise as well are by nature, pray not to heed to the words of the child a warp and a child have the same disposition,

Saints never find fault with them, besides, the boy has done to you no harm, it is I, my lord, who has offended you, therefore, your reverence, deal to me as your servant whatsoever you please, whether it be a favor or frown, death or captivity, tell me quickly the means, 

Said the sage hos can my passion be pacified, O Rama, when your younger brother is still looking mischievously at me, so long as I do not cut his throat with my axe, my wrath is ineffectual, 

At the very news of the cruel doings of my axe, the consorts of kings miscarry, to think that having the same axe still at my service, I should see this princeling, my enemy, alive,
